IMPRINTING

by Gionata Malagodi & Armando Carastro
Imprinting begins with a personal memory: “When Ermanno showed me the first ‘Masterpieces,’ I was blown away. I had no doubt: something very important was taking shape.” The Gobi becomes the origin and imprint of the Parajumpers story, the icon from which a brand, a company and a community have grown. Acrylic paint is applied directly to the garment and transferred onto plywood, turning the Gobi into the matrix of its own image: a unique imprint, almost a Shroud of itself.
