DIGITAL DENALI

Denali, the highest peak in North America, rises from Alaska, the landscape that inspired the origins of Parajumpers. Recreated live through an ABB robotic arm adapted for 3D printing with plant-based biopolymers, the work celebrates Hari Budha Magar’s ascent on June 28, 2024, supported by Parajumpers, translating the mountain and the achievement into a three-dimensional form constructed in real time.
Fablab Venezia ( @fablabvenezia ) is a digital fabrication and social innovation laboratory affiliated with the Fab Foundation at MIT Boston, as well as a Rhino Authorized Training Center and an approved spin-off of Università Iuav di Venezia. The project is led by co-founder and technical director Leonidas Paterakis, in collaboration with Massimo Visonà, founder of Erratic ( @territoriotipo ).
