Creation of your personal account.

Before purchasing a garment from, you must create your personal account by filling out the registration form.
Please enter your password to access the reserved area. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email with all your access data.

Your reserved area

From this section you will be able to modify your personal data, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment. If you lose your access data, you must follow this link (password recovery) to get a new password.

Modification and cancellation of your account

You can modify your registration data at any moment, but only after entering your reserved area. You can also request the cancellation of your account after sending a request to our customer service.

Product availability

Everything you see at is in stock. By selecting the garment you prefer and entering its specific chart, you will see its characteristics. Each garment is packaged and shipped in tailor-made boxes to ensure they remain in perfect condition.

Purchase a product

To purchase a product, it must be selected from the catalogue and added to your 'shopping bag'. You may then continue navigating the website for further purchases, or proceed with the payment. Please note that a maximum of 10 products per order is allowed. You may purchase multiple numbers of a single product by selecting the number of items required next to the product name in the shopping bag. If the quantity you require is not available, a warning message will appear.

Complete an order

To complete an order, you will have to follow all the purchasing phases. After confirming the contents of your shopping bag, choose the payment method and continue. Please read the page payment and security to learn more about the payment methods accepted by
After successfully completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email that will also display your order in detail.

Ship a gift

It is possible to ship one of our products as a gift by selecting the option from the shopping bag. You are required to clearly specify the mailing details of the intended recipient of the shipped item to ensure items are received. Customers sending items as gifts will be given the option of including a gift card containing a special message from the sender. The invoice relevant to the specific order will be sent to You via email.

You can only complete the order from the website of the country where you wish gift to be shipped.

Modify an order

You may only modify a completed order while its status is "pending". Once an order has been processed, its content cannot be modified, but it can be cancelled.

Order dispatch

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from their receipt. Please note that does not ship goods during weekends and bank holidays.
